David has achieved great success in investing more than $600M into diversified projects, including High Tech and Real Estate. He has made a successful transition to real estate with a focus on multi-family investments. He owned all-time more than 7,000 units in 36 properties, including 12 as a General Partner. Out of those 12 properties as a GP 8 went a full cycle, with the best performer generating 42% IRR for passive investors. He also was one of 4 founding members of the mixed-use Leander Springs project, invested in Built to Rent, several new multifamily development projects, land development, car washes, etc.

Mikhail Pritsker (MBA, CCIM) boasts over 23 years of professional experience in Real Estate, Business Development, and Portfolio Management. He has developed an acute understanding of market cycles, gained from his extensive involvement in various asset classes, diverse management strategies, and a wide range of target markets. His robust skillset and experience make him a well-rounded professional in his respective fields.

Vitaly Pchelnikov, an experienced executive and visionary leader in the outdoor recreation industry, is a serial entrepreneur with an MBA from Chicago Booth. Renowned for his expertise in specialized markets and innovative product development, Mr. Pchelnikov’s strategic planning and customer-focused approach have successfully driven brand recognition and market expansion.
